Welcome to my
website.
My name is Carol Moon and I
am an authorised Civil Celebrant, based in
the ACT region. I am a member of the Australian
Federation of Civil Celebrants (AFCC). As
a registered Civil Celebrant, I am duly
authorised by law, to solemnise marriages
according to law.
I moved
to Canberra in 1973, and raised my
family here. During my years in Canberra I've
been active in the Tuggeranong community. On
Australia Day 2008 I married and moved to
Carwoola (just a short drive from
Queanbeyan). I still work in Tuggeranong
and as part of my service I travel to meet my
clients at a convenient location.
I firmly believe that
people need to celebrate the special times in
their lives: the birth of their children, that
special love that will last a lifetime, an
affirmation of that amazing love and eventually;
a life complete, remembering the person who has
touched all they came into contact with. Every
occasion holds special significance for us, our
families, and our friends.
As a celebrant, I offer my clients
a wide choice of ceremonies; together we can
tailor your ceremony to make your special day
'all about you'. I look forward to helping you
mark this milestone on your life's journey.

ceremonies in a professional manner, with
respect, sincerity, patience and good humour.
