What exactly is air conditioning? Air conditioning (or more often, AC, air con or whole air conditioning) is a mechanical system employed to cool down the interior temperature of an indoor area by eliminating the presence of moisture and heat from it. They work by taking hot air from outside and dispersing it into an area, but there’s more to it than that. There are three basic types of air conditioning: forced-air, refrigerant-based and alternative energy.

This class comprises a single evaporator, a condenser and two fans, which are positioned on either side of the evaporator. These fans rotate in synchronization with the speed of the incoming air. A door located between the air conditioner and the evaporator prevents cold air from entering the room and allows hot air from outside to enter the room through the opening in the door.
In the fourth category, the ultra-high-temperature air conditioning system, there is only one evaporator. This class has larger fan speeds so that it can reduce air chillers speed significantly. This class only requires a cool air outlet pipe. The large size of the fan blades results in higher airflow and the cooler air can be sucked through the outlet pipe. This class of air conditioning system uses much electricity and thus is more expensive than the other types.
